written in my handwriting on a scrap of paper in one of my old notebooks. I've cleaned it up a little but this is basically it:)I think that people who do good are happier than people who do evil, because all people desire good. All people had mothers, whether they knew them or not or were treated well by them or not, and so all people either felt love, which is goodness, or desire it and act out their loss in some way.
I think that the problem is not that goodness is destroyed by bad leaders and bad governments. The problem is that it is hidden by them. It is concealed in their twisted drive to feel powerful and safe.
I think our job is to remind ourselves of this. To remember that good is indestructible.
